What are the class dates & times?

For each of our training courses, we find our students a barber or cosmetologist trainer who can match their availability!

What’s covered in the apprenticeship program & refresher?

Our apprenticeship program covers health and safety in the first portion which consists of 39 hours and the timing is flexible. The second part consists of classroom instruction. For cosmetology students this occurs every Tuesday from 5-9pm. For barbering students, this occurs Mondays from 6pm-10pm and Tuesdays from 8am-12pm.

The refresher course gives you full access to the classes above for two whole months, and a private session scheduled based on your ability.

How soon can I get licensed?

You can become a licensed barber or cosmetologist in approximately 45 days. You will first need to complete 39-hour Health and Safety Coursework and forms.

Do I need a shop or salon sponsor before starting the apprenticeship program?

It is recommended, but not required.
